Dental Fill-ins was founded in 1983 when a dental assistant and dental hygienist came together to create a dental employment agency dedicated exclusively to the dental profession.  What started as a small, specialized agency grew into one of Massachusetts' largest dental employment agencies.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Today, we've evolved into a modern, interactive dental job board designed to make hiring simple, convenient, and affordable.  Dental offices can post their openings, and dental professionals can apply directly online- all in one easy-to-use platform.
